ARGH!!

My head throbs!!I am sure that it is because of getting up at the unearthly hour of 8:40 in the morning...I have become a creature of the night(especially in this semester) that sunrises are a bit much for me!

My dad had this ingenious tactic to wake me up after realising that he couldn't wake me up by calling out my name(I would just murmur...and go right back to sleep :)).
Just to get the facts right..he gets up at around 5(unbelievable!I sleep around 4 nowadays).After he comes back from walking its around 7.He switches on the TV and puts it in the highest volume ..if that doesn't blast me out of bed then he has another devious tactic...he comes to my room opens all the windows so that light(ARGH!) can fill the room..and I invariably cover my face with whatever I can get my hands on...but alas..when there is light there is also heat and he wins..the futile attempt to cover my self is in vain since I start sweating(Its summer all the time in hyderabad except for 2 months when its winter and it works for him marvelously even then)...and I get off my bed..but I don't wake up(I have super powers!.I can sleep while standing.. so I wake up after I brush my teeth..)

I have heard many people (especially my parents generation) say that the brain is the most active in the early mornings..and that is an especially good time to get up and work on your intellectual skills(Ahem!)..Scientifically too it has been proven.So like a naive girl(that I was) I used to get up..but could never manage to stay up without supervision..Coming to adult life I started preferring waking up late to do my homework,brainwork etc..The "Eurake"s regarding my project only happen to me at 1 in the night.On the other hand a classmate of mine feels it a crime if she wakes up later than 7!To tell the truth I feel better utilisation of time happens by her.
But I have no complaints..I prefer languishing in bed till noon!

In the end I think 'To each his own'.Unfortunately my dad doesn't think so!!.. (awwwwwwwwwww)
